Please be advised that a contractor will be conducting two water service taps for a future residential site located along SW 106 Avenue and Griffin Road in Cooper City.
On the two nights of work, January 19, 2026 and January 20, 2026, SW 106th Avenue will be closed within the project limits, from SW 46 Court to SW 48 Street, from 4 PM to 11 PM each day. Detour signage will be in place to provide access to residents’ properties, whether traveling from Stirling Road to the south of SW 106th Avenue or from Griffin Road to the north of SW 106th Avenue.
SW 106 Avenue will remain open to local traffic up to the limits of the project from both northbound and southbound directions, from SW 46 Court to SW 48 Street. Residents are encouraged to use alternate routes to access Griffin Road, Stirling Road, or Palm Avenue during the closures.
