Broward County ePermitsOneStop

Save time and avoid the lines, traffic and paper trail with the new one-stop ePermits process. The City of Cooper City and Broward County have teamed up to launch ePermitsOneStop, a centralized website that allows customers to submit their application and have their plans reviewed online for permits, licenses and approvals.

 

Using ePermitsOneStop,

Cooper City permitting customers may now apply for their Asbestos Certificates, request a Transportation Concurrency & Environmental Review, and record their Notice of Commencement using the Broward County ePermits OneStop portal, thereby eliminating the need to travel to Broward's Governmental Center.
