To file you will need to bring with you:
Warranty Deed for the residence
Florida's Voter Registration or Declaration of Domicile
Florida Driver's License
Florida Car Registration
Know the Social Security Number of each owner
Know the date of occupancy and date of permanent Florida Residency
Non U.S, Citizens need: Permanent Visa or Political Asylum Documentation
